Join Qutwo on our quest to bridge the gap between the classical and the quantum world. We unite Qutwo OS and world-class AI and quantum scientists with the most forward-looking enterprises to develop competitive edge through classical AI, hybrid, and full quantum systems.
We are a fast-growing team of 50 — a collective of leading experts building on deep interdisciplinary academic and industry expertise across quantum computing, AI, optimization, and simulation. We bring together the brightest minds ready to tackle the most challenging problems in computation.
We are seeking an exceptional Product Lead to drive the development of Qutwo OS — our hardware-agnostic orchestration platform for enterprises to capture value from classical and quantum-inspired AI today, while preparing for the full quantum era ahead. If you thrive at the intersection of deep technology, enterprise customers, and focused product execution, this is for you.
Role Description
As Product Lead you will own the Qutwo OS product end-to-end — from roadmap to customer delivery. Working closely with the CTO, Head of Research, and the Platform Architect, you will translate research innovations in quantum algorithms, hybrid computing, and quantum machine learning into a focused, production-ready platform for our enterprise customers.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Minimum 7 years of product management or product ownership experience, with at least 3 years in deep-tech, developer tools, or enterprise platform companies.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping products to paying enterprise customers — not just features, but end-to-end product delivery including pricing, pilots, and go-to-market. You understand the path from discovery workshop to production deployment.
- Strong technical literacy: you can read a system architecture diagram, understand API design trade-offs, and hold your own in a discussion about pipeline orchestration, hybrid classical-quantum workflows, or distributed systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly in early-stage environments. You have said “no” to interesting work to deliver focused outcomes that matter.
- Comfort working with research teams. You respect the exploratory nature of R&D but can translate research outputs into product decisions with clear timelines and measurable milestones.
- Experience running short iterative development cycles (Linear or similar) with clear ownership, demo cadence, and stakeholder reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to external and internal stakeholders.
- MSc or higher in a relevant field preferred. A technical background in computer science, physics, mathematics, or engineering is a strong advantage.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (qubits, gates, QAOA, VQE, noise models, error mitigation).
- Platform products: APIs, SDKs, developer experience, or infrastructure-as-a-service.
- Go-to-market strategy, pricing model design, or licensing framework development for B2B enterprise software.
- High-performance computing (HPC) or cloud-native platform environments.
Practicalities
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as we are ready to hire when the right candidate is found.
